Big thanks to Pomegranate Tour Istanbul based in turkey who did all my bookings. I was initially trying all Indian agents to book but the pricing was very high as with every layer the comission increases and the response time to queries was slow. I tried online and to my surprise I found this just a week before my travel. They were patient with me to on the spot answer all my questions. We must have exchanged 100 emails on veg food, transfer, hotels, weather , dress code at some places but it was all worth it. There was no loose point. I got real confidence when I saw zero negative feedback for this agency all across online portals. Every one has high praise for them. On top of this they are associated with TURSAB govt approved agency so very reliable. Best food experience was the Bosphorus Cruise dinner with belly dance , lunch across the river bed in Ihlara valley, last buffet in Gerome Cappadocia ultra lavish yummy Turkish loads of vegetarian salads , appetizers and specially the dessert. Till now both Momento hotel Istanbul and Orient caves Cappadocia was nice. Momento hotel breakfast was very nice and filling. I really loved the bus ride from Cappadocia to Konya it was an exotic bus. Why I write exotic is because I have never seen a bus which serves snacks after every one hour of a three hour trip has WiFi ,mouse ,head phones, hostess to take care of u. Mevlut Uysal is like family now . he greeted us with a Turkish tea in Momento hotel gave us vouchers explained the entire trip and have been in touch for every single moment through Facebook like my dad would ask reached safely, luggage all intact, health all fine. He took care of every single thing I had written hotel with view, veg food, in market, transfers not only this we met his son walked around Marmara shore he treated us with a Mc D burger and is just like an extended family in Istanbul. Mr. Mevlut Uysal, Dear Friend, According to the agreement we send you a review of our trip to Turkey. Turkish Airlines flight is a little tiring for us, since it involves spending 17 hours in the same plane. It's a pity that passengers are not allowed to descend from the airplane in Sao Paulo (Brazil) but I guess operational reasons require it. The service on board is very good and we believe that’s one of the reasons why Turkish Airlines was selected as the best company in Europe for several years. In Turkey, all transfers to hotels and airports were conducted timely and efficiently, drivers were very kind. The walking tour of Istanbul city was very interesting. The day of the tour on the Bosphorus had the disadvantage of not being aware of the time change and we were not ready when they came to pick us, but the driver waited patiently and everything went well. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Ephesus. Kusadasi is a very nice place. Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel is very comfortable. In the way to Pamukkale we were lucky to have a guide (Sinan) who gave us a lot of information. Pamukkale is very picturesque. The hotel Colossae is a bit cold and intimidating, but it's very comfortable and luxurious. However maybe a little impersonal. It has excellent services, but one feels a bit isolated. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Antalya. The nostalgia of the old city lives very carefully indeed, and the strength of the new city, with its colors, its flowers and its modernity. The historical sites are very interesting. The Mediterra Art hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Fragments of ancient frescoes give a special atmosphere. It is a very warm and friendly place. Arriving in Goreme, late at night, an inconvenient emerged as the hotel Roma Cave Suite had only water and wine to offer. Fortunately in front of the hotel there is a restaurant called Pumpkin, whose chef (Oguz Kaya) is a true artist! The balloon flight was a beautiful experience, combined with the exotic place that added a lot. We had a very cold morning (-4) but having a hot coffee before and sparkling wine after the flight helped a lot. Cappadocia is a fascinating place, with a landscape that I assume is unique in the world. The guide in Spanish (Harun) is very friendly and learned Spanish in Buenos Aires. We returned to Istanbul Grand Yavuz Hotel, which is very comfortable and has an excellent location. The Gallipoli tour is interesting, but we were unlucku with the weather, it was a cold and rainy day that bothered us a bit. The next day the weather was better and we could enjoyed navigating the Marmara and the visit to the Princess Islands. The views from the sea are spectacular! In short, Turkey pleasantly surprised us by the level of development, security, efficiency and friendliness of its people, its historical sites and the beauty of its natural sites. Mevlut Uysal ( Pomegranate Tour ), we appreciate your attention and professionalism and we hope to see you again, perhaps in Turkey or maybe in Buenos Aires! You were always paying attention. We felt well taken cared of. Sincerely, Amador Andres and Maria Rosa Liste

Dear Mevlut, thank you very much for the 4 days worry free tour of Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia. From the pick up at the airport in the beginning to the last ride to the hotel, everything is on time and as scheduled. This is the kind of land tour that I like as I am approaching senior years and have no desire for surprises. I am very please with the first rated hotels you arranged at our price range. We especially enjoy the balloon ride you recommended in Cappadocia. Best wishes and hope to see you again in Turkey in the near future.
